You are provided with a Customer number when you purchase products. This number helps our SupportLine technicians more quickly and effectively provide assistance with your questions. Please include your customer number in any correspondence, including e-mail, faxes and letters.

For faster service, dial the extension for the desired product. This directs you to technicians who specialize in that particular product. Refer to the Product Extension list below for the appropriate extension.

If you are calling after hours, you can dial the voice mail extension for a desired product to leave a message.

Wolters Kluwer Financial Services has always provided industry-leading support for our software products. Now, we are uniquely positioned to begin providing even greater value by expanding the types of support services we provide beyond our standard support. Listed below are a few of the types of expanded support services that we can provide. While these services fall outside of our standard support contract, we recognize the convenience our customers desire in being able to turn to one company for the answers to their questions. These services are focused on issues relating to the use of our software. We do not intend to replace your IT staff or consultants, but supplement their ability to perform certain system tasks.

Our SupportLine staff will continue to support you as they do today with your questions related to the use of our software applications. Expanded (fee-based) Support can be used when an issue comes up that falls outside of the standard support contract.
