Using standard Windows copy and paste functionality, copy the file(s) that you wish to transfer to Supportline into this new browser window.

If you are transferring multiple files, it is best to compress or ZIP these files before transferring. Make sure to rename your ZIP file(s) with a unique name. Incorporating the case number provided by the SupportLine technician will ensure that the file is unique to you and assist the FTP administrator in forwarding the file(s) to the appropriate SupportLine technician.
